*The 2021 3rd International Conference on Information Science, Electrical and Automation Engineering (ISEAE 2021) is co-organized by School Of Mechanical Engineering, University of Jinan and Global Scientific Research Association. ISEAE 2021 was successfully held at Changsha, China on March 26-28, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 prevention and control and travel restrictions, the conference also provided the form of the online video conference.
