盛永智，北京理工大学副教授。研究方向包括飞行器总体设计、弹道、制导与控制、先进控制理论和人工智能控制理论等。近5年在多约束末制导、基于人工智能理论的制导与控制、航天器多智能体协同控制等方面开展了重点研究工作。

Sheng Yongzhi, associate professor at the Beijing Institute of Technology. His research directions include flight vehicles design, ballistics, guidance and control, advanced control theory, artificial intelligence control theory and so on. In recent 5 years, the key research work has been carried out in multi-constraint terminal guidance, artificial intelligence theory based guidance and control, and multi-agent cooperative control of spacecraft.
