Li-Ying Hao, associate professor of dalian maritime university; doctoral supervisor; assistant director of International Cooperation and Exchange Department; IEEE member; Member of Automation Society, member of youth Working Committee of Automation Society; 2021 "science and technology progress second prize" of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Society of China; 2021 Female Talent Innovation Entrepreneurship Competition in Dalian "Women in Science and Technology Innovation Contest Excellence Award"; 2021 "High Quality Graduate Student Teaching Award First Prize" of Dalian Maritime University; "Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Worker" of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Society of Liaoning Province; In 2018, she was awarded the Second prize of Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award. In 2017, she was selected as the "Dalian Youth Science and Technology Star". In 2016, she was selected as the candidate of Liaoning Provincial "Millions of Talents Project". In recent five years, she has been engaged in the research work of fault-tolerant control and robust control of ships, which has a good research foundation. In recent years, 46 papers have been published and accepted on domestic and foreign journals and conferences, 22 papers have been indexed by SCI, 2 papers have been highly cited, and 40 papers have been indexed by EI. The papers are included IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems et al. Completed two monographs, "Robust and Fault-tolerant Control Based on Sliding mode Technology" and "Sliding mode Variable Structure Control -- Quantitative Feedback Control Method". Applied for 9 invention patents; Supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (52171292), National Natural Science Foundation of China (61503055), China Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China (2015M571291), Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China (2019-KF-03-09) Liaoning Provincial Doctoral Program (201501084), General Program of Science and Technology of Education Department of Liaoning Province (L2014277), Dalian High-level Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program (2017RQ072), and key Projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China (51939001). 


郝立颖,大连海事大学副教授,博士生导师,国际合作交流处处长助理,IEEE会员,自动化学会会员,自动化学会青年工作委员会委员。2021年获得中国造船工程学会“科技进步奖二等奖”,2021年获得大连市女性人才创新创业大赛“女性科技创新大赛优秀奖”,2021年获得大连海事大学“研究生优质教学奖一等奖”,2019年获得辽宁省造船工程学会“优秀青年科技工作者”荣誉称号,2018年获得“辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖二等奖”,2017年获得“大连市青年科技之星”人选,2016年入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”人选。近五年一直从事船舶容错控制、鲁棒控制的研究工作,具有良好的研究基础。近年来在国内外杂志及会议上发表及录用论文46篇,SCI检索22篇,高倍引2篇,EI检索40篇,其中包括国际著名期刊IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems,IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems等。完成2部专著《基于滑模技术的鲁棒与容错控制》和《滑模变结构控制——量化反馈控制方法》的撰写工作。申请发明专利9项;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(52171292),国家自然科学基金-青年项目(61503055),中国博士后科学基金项目(2015M571291),辽宁省自然科学基金-重点领域联合开放基金(2019-KF-03-09),辽宁省博士启动项目(201501084),辽宁省教育厅科学技术一般项目(L2014277),大连市高层次人才创新创业项目(2017RQ072),参与国家自然科学基金重点项目子项目(51939001),积累了较为丰富的项目经验,为本合作研究项目的开展和顺利进行奠定了坚实的基础。
