Lu Tianguang, Ph.D. of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Postdoctoral Fellow of Harvard University, Visiting Researcher of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences of Harvard University, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Institute of Electric Power Systems, School of Electrical Engineering, Shandong University, Qilu Young Scholar of Shandong University, Young Talents Supported by China Association for Science and Technology Engineering candidates (about 5 candidates in the electrical field every year). Mainly engaged in the scientific research of key technologies such as intelligent perception and operation optimization of power system, energy system and environment interaction, involving the interdisciplinary disciplines of energy, computer and environment. The Harvard China Project Group was founded with the support of Al GORE (U.S. Vice President) and Song Jian (China State Councilor), and its current members include Michael B. Professor McElroy and Professor Dale Jorgenson, member of the National Academy of Sciences, member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and former president of the American Economic Association, the research group was reported as the cover story of the 2016 Nature Index.

Since 2020, Lv Tianguang has served as a professor at the School of Electrical Engineering of Shandong University, and now leads a team of more than 10 people, including 4 doctoral students. Relying on superior platforms such as the Key Laboratory of "Intelligent Dispatching and Control of Power Grids" of the Ministry of Education of Shandong University, the team undertakes national major and key scientific research projects, and focuses on cooperation and exchanges with power grid companies and other units to promote the transformation of research results. The research results have been applied to several national grid demonstration projects and produced millions of direct social and economic benefits. They have been included in many monographs, and have been paid attention to by research groups led by internationally renowned experts such as academicians of the American Academy of Engineering and IEEE Fellows. He is currently a member of the Blockchain Special Committee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, an editorial board member of "IET Renewable Power Generation" (IF: 3.9) and "Frontiers in Sustainable Cities", vice chairman of the IEEE PES Flexible Resource Interaction Subcommittee, and a member of the China Intelligent Power Distribution and Member of the Expert Committee of the Internet of Things Innovation Alliance, and technical investigator of the Jinan Intermediate People's Court. Currently presided over a number of key special projects such as the Youth Talent Support Project of China Association for Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, the Qilu Young Scholars Construction Project of Shandong University, the Shandong Provincial Youth Fund, and the Key Projects of the State Grid, and completed the Harvard University as the backbone of the project. University Global Research Institute "China 2030/2050" Energy and Environment Low-Carbon Development Research and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) project. He has written 1 monograph, authorized/accepted 12 patents, and published more than 40 papers. He has published 17 papers as the first and corresponding author in high-level SCI journals including "Nature Communications", and was selected as ESI highly cited papers. Up to now, he has won the first prize of the China Electric Power Technology Innovation Award, the best paper award of the IEEE Industrial Application Association twice, the third prize of the Shandong Electric Power Science and Technology Progress Award, the Harvard University Distinguished Teaching Certification, the annual outstanding author of the Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Excellent doctoral dissertation of Jiaotong University, outstanding bachelor's thesis of Shandong Province, outstanding young scientific and technological workers of Shandong Provincial Electrical Engineering Society May 4th, National Scholarship, CSSC Scholarship and many other honors.


吕天光,上海交通大学博士,哈佛大学博士后,哈佛大学工程与应用科学学院客座研究员,山东大学电气工程学院电力系统研究所教授、博士生导师,山东大学齐鲁青年学者,中国科协青年人才托举工程入选人(每年电气领域约5人入选)。主要从事电力系统智能感知与运行优化、能源系统与环境互动等关键技术的科研工作,涉及能源、计算机、环境交叉学科。所在的哈佛中国项目组由Al GORE(美国副总统)和宋健(中国国务委员)支持创立,现有成员包括美国艺术与科学学院院士、哈佛地球与行星科学系创建主任、中国国务院顾问Michael B. McElroy教授以及美国科学院院士、美国艺术与科学学院院士、前美国经济学会主席Dale Jorgenson教授,课题组被2016年度Nature Index作为封面故事报道。

2020年起,吕天光担任山东大学电气工程学院教授。团队依托山东大学“电网智能化调度与控制”教育部重点实验室等优越平台,承担国家重大、重点科研项目,注重与电网公司等单位的合作和交流,促进研究成果转化。研究成果应用于多个国家电网示范项目,收录于多本专著,被美国工程院院士、IEEE Fellow等国际知名专家所领导的课题组关注,并被美国阿贡国家实验室的研究论文引用。现任中国电机工程学会区块链专委会委员,《IET Renewable Power Generation》(IF: 3.9)、《Frontiers in Sustainable Cities》编委, IEEE PES 柔性资源互动分委会副主席。现主持中国科协青年人才托举工程、国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省优秀青年基金(海外)、山东大学齐鲁青年学者建设项目、国家电网重点项目课题等多个重点专向课题,并作为项目骨干完成哈佛大学全球研究院“中国 2030/2050”能源环境低碳发展研究以及美国能源局(DOE)项目。已撰写一作专著1本,授权/受理专利12项,发表论文40余篇,以第一、通讯作者在包括《Nature Communications》等高水平 SCI 期刊录用发表论文 17 篇,入选 ESI 高被引论文。截至目前已获得中国电力科技创新奖一等奖首位、两次 IEEE 工业应用协会最佳论文奖、山东电力科学技术进步奖三等奖、中国电机工程学报年度优秀作者、上海交通大学优秀博士学位论文、山东省电机工程学会五四优秀青年科技工作者等奖励荣誉。
