Lide Fang is the dean, doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor of the School of Quality and Technical Supervision of Hebei University, a visiting scholar at the University of Leeds, a candidate for the Hebei Province Three-Three-Three Talent Project, an expert on special allowances from the Hebei Provincial Government, concurrently a standing director of the Chinese Society For Measurement, and a national flow Member of Metrology Technical Committee, Deputy director of flow measurement Professional Committee, Science Popularization and Education Working Committee, Expert of the Internet of Things Metrology Expert Group of China Metrology Association, Director of China Metrology Instrument Industry Innovation Alliance, Vice President of Hebei Metrology Association.


In recent years, he has published more than100 papers in core journals and above, and applied for and authorized 60 patents. He has hosted and participated in more than 30 national, provincial and horizontal scientific research projects, and won 8 scientific research awards as the first completer, including 3 second prizes of Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress. He has won the first prize of teaching achievement of Hebei University and the second prize of teaching achievement of Hebei Province for his participation in the "Teaching Reform Project of Error Theory and Data Processing". Research interests include metrology and control of thermal parameters, multiphase flow detection technology and remote measurement and traceability of metrology instruments.


现任质量技术监督学院院长,博士,教授,博士生导师,利兹大学访问学者,河北省三三三人才工程入选者,河北省政府特殊津贴专家,兼任中国计量测试学会理事,全国流量计量技术委员会委员、中国计量测试学会流量计量专业委员会、科普与教育工作委员会委员,中国计量协会物联网计量专家组专家,中国计量器具产业创新联盟理事,河北省计量协会副会长。

近年来,发表核心期刊及以上论文80余篇,申请及授权专利45项。主持及参加国家、省级及横向科研项目20余项,作为第1完成人获得各类科研奖励7项,其中河北省科技进步二等奖2项。参加的“误差理论与数据处理教学改革项目”先后获得河北大学教学成果一等奖,河北省教学成果二等奖。研究方向:热工参数的计量与控制、多相流检测技术和计量仪器远程量值传递与溯源技术。
