罗国敏副教授,北京交通大学

Guomin Luo is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University. Her research topics includes power system fault analysis and online monitoring. In the past five years, she has investigated 7 research projects and participated in more than 30 research projects. She has published more than 70 academic papers, and her H-Index is 12. She has accumulated a lot of research results in the area of fault analysis, fault processing and operation monitoring. The high-speed railway catenary condition monitoring system which was designed by her was tested on the site in the Jinxiannan power supply section of the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway, and the accuracy and reliability of the operating condition monitoring system were verified by comparing the test results with the actual situation. This research result was awarded the First Prize of the 2019 "China Electrotechnical Society Science and Technology Award". The development of distribution line fault identification and location algorithms based on a new generation of artificial intelligence technology to reduce the cost of manual line patrol was awarded the Second Prize of the 2023 “Invention and Entrepreneurship Innovation Award of China Association of Inventions"; Combined with artificial intelligence, she proposed research on online monitoring and maintenance methods of electrified railways, and this research result was awarded the Overseas Starter Group Winner Award of the 2022 HICOOL Global Entrepreneurship Competition.


罗国敏,北京交通大学电气工程学院副教授,博士生导师。长期从事电力系统故障分析辨识和在线监测方面的研究工作,近五年主持科研项目7项,参与科研项目30余项,发表学术论文40余篇,累积H-Index为12。经过多年的积累,对电力系统故障分析、故障处理、运行监测开展了系列研究,形成了针对电力系统关键设备、线路的故障相关研究方向。申请人在上述研究方向上,开展了相应的成果转化。参与设计研发的高速铁路接触网状态监测系统在沪昆高铁的进贤南供电段进行了现场测试,通过测试结果与实际情况的对比,验证了运行状态监测系统的准确性和可靠性,该成果获评2019年度“中国电工技术学会科学技术奖”科技进步奖一等奖。开发基于新一代人工智能技术的配电线路故障辨识和定位算法,减少人工巡线成本,该成果获评2023年度“中国发明协会发明创业创新奖二等奖”;结合人工智能开展电气化铁路在线监测运维方法研究,获评2022年HICOOL全球创业大赛海外创客组优胜奖。
